Introduction
Self reflection or personal reflection reports are made with the objective of understanding and
evaluating one’s own capabilities, skills, knowledge and experience gained through the past
events with the help of introspection and build an action plan to improve the findings. The report
highlights the three major challenges an individual came across while pursuing graduation. First
challenge is the apprenticeship challenge which is associated with the on the job training
accompanies by the classroom work and reading essential in understanding the concepts of a
trade or profession while working and studying at the same time (Neal Kimball and Turner,
2018). The second challenge is concerned with presentation obstacles encountered while
working in Tesco, a leading retail company in United Kingdom and the last challenge is the T-
shirt challenge which highlight the problems encountered in designing a logo, identifying the
potential market and preparation of excel sheet for financial projections. The reflection and
portfolio also considers skills and abilities needed to build an action plan.
Main Body

challenges effectively
Majorly there are three challenges which was encountered during the time of my graduation in
terms of enhancing my learning skills as they are crucial for the personal and professional
growth.
Apprentice Challenge (LSST)
These challenges are essential for determining the skills and capabilities required by an
candidate to perform job and learn the new set of skills associated with the relevant trade and
profession. These challenges are essential and significant for the strategic policies of LSST and
are helpful with regards to make significant decisions.
 Communication skills: Communication skills are equally significant in learning as well
as development of career with regards of exploring opportunities. I have analysed that I
am good communicator and have a deep knowledge of grammar and elocution which is
beneficial for me apprenticeship programme (Chan and et. al., 2019). Teamwork: team works skills are essential in working in teams and contribute equally
towards the common purpose. These skills have helped me in overcome these challenges
