INTRODUCTION An career viewpoint refers to personal perspective regarding the skills and knowledge an individual have and identifying better opportunity with perform that individual uses to perform (Lizardo, 2017). As a graduate there are different type of opportunities from which individual can choose the best from them. In this report t he evaluation of different identified skills are discussed with the strength and weakness. The personal analysis is being made to determine the needed skill are available or need to be improved. Further the action plan is developed to enhance the identified skill which are weaker in individual. Moreover, an CV presentation is being made. MAIN BODY Personal analysis Marketing job need different types of skill which are to be presented in individual to perform different task related to position. Any marketing person must have some in-depth knowledge of skills and knowledge and also have some kind of experience in that field (Parkinson and et. al., 2018). While being graduate there are certain skills which I have developed and some are still remained my weaknesses as there are many new skills which are introduced currently, and they are not available when I was taking my knowledge. My strength skills and the weaknesses skills both are evaluated below: Strength Communication skill: the communication is the main element in the marketing profession without doing communicationthe marketingcan not perform (Alguliyev, Aliguliyevand Abdullayeva, 2019). When I was at my academics I use to interact with different types of people who are come from different background. As I know that my profession of marketing also need the communication in priority, so I fully concentrate to enhance my communication skills. I use to communicate in different environment to check my confidence while transferring some information and keep practising to learn effective manner to communicate.In the university I also use to communicate to my seniors that assist me to know more about the things which I don't know and also improve my communication. Creativity: this skill is most important in doing any task in the marketing field so this is one of the advantage of me to have a creative mind. I have enhanced this skill when I was getting graduated their I use to involve in such activities where creativity are need. For example ones in
our university all the student are said to prepare a project in which all have to use their own creativity and present in the seminar (Fumero and et. al., 2018). In that my performance its considered as the best my creativity is liked by all the teachers and like this I also engaged in the activities which assist to develop more creativity in myself. Continuous learning: In my graduation I use to learn different type of skills and knowledge in continuous basis this habit help me to know in depth about the marketing concepts. I use internet for getting depth knowledge of the topic related to the marketing, the digital technology is also assisting in better knowledge so my skill of regular learning is being enhanced while academics. For performing better in the marketing field one should learn more and more knowledge regularly to sustain and grow effectively. I know that with continuous learning I can gain competitive advantage when I will work as a marketer in any organization. Weaknesses There are some skills and knowledge which are yet not being improved in me, and I was lack them in my graduation years and this is only skills which I have to future enhance and improve them this are: Public speaking: To speak in public is more important skill in the field of marketing yet this skill is being lacking in me. I identified this skill in my graduation because when there is any public discussion then I'm not interrupted that in between and never show my ideas and thought on that particular topic. As the marketing practise also involve speaking in the public and showing the information required the marketing commodity (Bataineh And et. al., 2020). I needed to work on my public speaking skill to gain competitive benefits as when I have to speak then I am able to speak and transfer the information to the large group of people collectively. Marketing knowledge:The knowledge and skill related to marketing subject is the most important to work as market for ant kind of organization. As I had learned different marketing topic with my experience while completing my graduation yet there are many more topics on this I have no knowledge (Pouessel and et. al., 2017). This lack of knowledge is limiting my success and further grow in the field of marketing. I have to know more about the current marketing trends and many more topic to enhance my knowledge in the marketing.
