INTRODUCTION
Career viewpoint are the format of employment experience that are related to understanding the
concepts that will affect your view with your own career but economic realities could order that
your occupation will be changed at least once by yourself. The chosen report is based on human
resource is the division of business that is charged with training, recruiting and screening. The
present report will highlight the general trends that will have direct impact on the human
resource. Along with this it will evaluate the skills and knowledge that are required for human
resource. Further the report evaluated that the chosen job advertisement will help me in career
growth.
Analysing the general trends that have direct impact on the HR
Human resource are related to the division of company that are focused on the activities related
to the employees (Bozionelos, Lin and Lee, 2020). Mainly they include activities like recruiting,
hiring, training and giving benefits to employees.
Globalization: It is the process of bringing all the people together from the world into single
community. It is important to know the impact of globalization related to cultural differences
whether it is in or out of the workplace. Business have their own corporate culture or ways of
operating but there is societal and cultural difference between the people that have impact on the
human resource. The forces of globalization have direct impact on the HR in several ways that is
related to technology, education, training and competencies on behalf of employees.
Technology: Technological advancement can have a huge impact on the HR department of an
organization (Conte and Omary, 2018). It allows the company to improve its internal processes,
core competencies, relevant markets and organizational structure as a whole. It is an important
factor for the human resource to build up their business The impact is that they enhance
management in effectively with efficiency manner. If the HR have no information about the new
technology then that will result in bad organization performance. The impact on technology on

HR is that job opportunities may rink as there are large number of employees become
unemployed.
Cultural and language barriers: It will have direct impact o the human resource as it will lead
to poor communications between the employees. It will also result in fear and business risk.
Language will have impact on communication barriers which will cause misinterpretations and
misunderstandings between the people (Donald, Baruch and Ashleigh, 2017). Language barriers
can also result in bad interaction between the employees as all of them are not from same place
some are good at English one is good at different language.
Changing demographics: It will have direct impact on the underlying growth, productivity,
saving rates, consumption, and investment. It is the duty of human resource to be aware of
demographics changes to increase their labour markets (The impact of demographic changes on
companies’ HR strategies and their on companies’ HR strategies and their company pension
plans. 2021). It can also affect the long-run employment rate, interest rate and demand of
financial asset's oh human resource. In this diversity may have impact on the functions of HR
that is record keeping, recruiting and staff expertise.
Primary research:
By conducting the interview it has been seen that most of the human resource manger and
director have also noticed that general trends have direct impact on the performance of the HR
(Elley-Brown, Pringl and Harris, 2018)
Examining skills and knowledge of HR
Skills are the actions that can be taken to carry out the ideas and concepts and knowledge are
related to the ideas and concepts that the person has (Top Human Resources Skills for a Resume

Skills of human resource are:
Communication skills: It is very important and essential skill that human resource
management must have as, it is the link between the business and employee. HR is the
activist, and they also represent the employees as the source of information. If employee
want to take leave or have any employment issue it is the duty of HR to coordinate with
them in good manner to solve their all the issues related to workplace.
Teamwork: It is the type of skill which is not avoided by the HR. As an HR it is the duty
of them to work with their colleagues in HR and manger of the organization. If the person

have teamwork skill then it will result in benefits to both organization and HR department
(Hayes, 2021).
Decision-making skills: As an HR it is the duty of them to make decision related to
recruiting and selecting to decide whether the candidate is good for job or not. At the
time when organization is facing dilemma of downsizing it is the work of HR to take
decision regarding this and convey message efficiently.
Leadership skills: Human resource professional are the leaders who guide their
employees and also helps them to become leaders of themselves. They must have ability
to build up creative team, develop agile employees and work as problem solvers at all the
levels in the company. HR mus have good leadership skills to guide company towards
success in positive, productive and with employers interest in mind (Masdonati, Fournier
and Lahrizi, 2017).
Multi-tasking skills: As the work of HR is related to variety of responsibility which can
change from day-to-day. The HR must have ability to multitask like managing
interviews, job advertisement, training programs and grievance and to complete that on
time which is important for their performance.
Knowledge of human resource:
Knowledge of technology: Human resource must have knowledge of changing technology as all
the decisions related to social media handling, talent management and tracking systems are
handled by them. It must have knowledge of media production, communication and
dissemination techniques and methods (Spanjaard, Hall and Stegemann, 2018).
Knowledge of education and training: Human resource must have knowledge regarding the
principles and methods that are used for training design, instruction and training for individuals
and groups to measure training effects. They must also have knowledge of human behaviour and
knowledge of individuals and how to treat them in polite way.
Knowledge of law and government: As it is the duty of HR to make policies related to the
operation they should have knowledge of law, legal codes, government regulations, agency rules
and court procedures. HR must also have knowledge of strategies that promote effective local
and national security operation for the protection of employees.

By the interview it has been noticed that human resource must have knowledge of technology
and law to make policies for company. Also, they must have skills like leadership,
communication and teamwork to coordinate with their employees.
Evaluation
I'm interested in Human resource because it is the good platform to build profession career in life
and it is the back bone of organizations. It will also help me to play an important role in strategic
business decisions and opportunity to assist in the development of the employees. It will also
help in dealing with new opportunities for variety and career progression (Tien, and Wang,
2017).
This advertisement is more potential as compared to other because it contains all the skills that I
have and also they are appointing freshers that have no job experience. All the benefits that are
given by the company to this position of human resource are similar as per my expectations.
Also, the company have good cultural background and reputation. It has all the capabilities that
the company want for their professional. Also, as compared to other activities all the key point
related to skills and work are properly mentioned by this advertisement for the company.
I prefer human resource job as compared to other job because it is constantly growing and
changing. By this field I will learn new thing like how to work with team and compliance with
new regulation and laws. I want to work as HR because it has new and innovative ideas to solve
the problem of HR and create good value to organization. It will also help me to learn how to
create good relationship skills towards the workplace. It is good as compared to other as it will
help in developing good relation, works to manage conflict between the employees (Bailer and
et.al, 2021). It plays and important role in recruiting new employees for the company and giving
them training for how to achieve the organizational goals. Also, by this job I will learn new thing
that will also help me in future growth.
For me it is the new emerging role but for the industry it is not new it plays and important role in
company and it is future proofed.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that career view is very important for the people to
know their employment related experience. The above studies have reflected the general trend
that have direct impact on the human resource that are globalization, technology and language
barriers. By this report there are different skills and knowledges needed by the human resource

they can take any decision on any topic along with they can also solve the problems of
employees. I think that human resource profession should give all important decision to who are
experience as compared to freshers and have good knowledge of the organizations and factors.
Interviewee-2: I think that HR mus have leadership skills to guide company towards success in
positive, productive and with employers interest in mind. They must also have knowledge related
to the changing trends and laws which are important for making strategies for the growth of the
company.

making and team work as they only have to decide how to use the resources in good and
productive manner to build up the growth and reputation of company. They should have
knowledge of how to train their employee in the best way so that they can achieve organizations

communication skills if they are good in that then can easily convey their messages to the
company. They can also communicate with the employees in proper manner to solve their
