INTRODUCTION
People Management is the set of activity which help in accomplishing the desire goal
with the objectives using available resources effectively. Management comprises planing,
organizing, staffing, leading and directing the organisation or the effort to accomplish goal. In
other words this is that they are the administrative head of the company, institution and business
which are responsible for conducting the affairs of the company (Bartels-Ellis and et., al., 2019).
The present report is based upon Easy jet which is an low cost airline budget airline and its
headquarter is located at London Luton Airport . It operates at domestic and international
services over 1000 routes in more than 30 countries. The company employees more than 14,000
people which is based throughout the Europe mainly in UK. The present report covers the
importance of leadership and how the management improve the efficiency of the company.
Along with this, training and development is essential to improve the skills of the employees.

Leadership and Management:
Leadership is mainly define as the set of skills which influence the people so that they
will strive willing to achieve the desire gaol in the well define manner. Leadership is ability to
secure the desirable action from the group of followers voluntarily without the use of method to
motivate the people to accomplish the desire goal. This is essential for the Easy jet to focus on
the leadership quality which help improving the current productivity and manage the
organisation and the people effectively. The main purpose of the leader is to provide vision and
mission to company and make sure that each individual must emphasis to achieve the
organisational aims and objective in the well define manner.
Roles of leader:
Represent the organisation: The organisation leaders is consider as the representative of
the enterprise. The Easy jet leader should focus on attending seminars, conferences and general
meetings regarding encouraging the employees to achieve the common the goal. The prime role
