of lives. A vaccine is developed but is not suitable for the human being used according to
authorities of Australia. A manager decision regarding vaccine permission denial to health
worker is discussed by adopting an 8 step decision-making model. A manager role and
functions should be adopted by the manager to run the organization effectively.
