INTRODUCTION
Self – reflection is a best method to know individual key strength and weakness so that
appropriate plan can be made to enhance skills for growth in future career. The report has been
made by use of Gibbs reflective cycle that includes six key stages such as description, feeling,
evaluation, analysis, and conclusion and action plan.

Description
It is stage that represent one of my future experienced when me and my friends play Mike
bike is online business simulation that helps in smooth establishment and operation of business.
Simulation has helped me to take correct decision regarding business operation so that it can
grow and survive in high competitive market for longer time frame. The game has taught me
numerous skills such as decision making, data analytical and research skills that can be used in
future circumstances (Lindenman and et.al., 2018). All the facts and data collected from
simulation helps me to take accurate decision and steps that I need to take in particular fiscal
year so that company can grow and expand.
Feelings
The personal experiences while conducting analysis within this report writing i developed
analysis that my business understanding insights are highly strong and needs practical
understanding to be cherished with more working effectiveness. Experiences of challenges
within various working goals enabled me to develop stronger functional horizons and to utilise
functional zones where wider competent paradigms shall be energetically \ocused within
professional work zones. The mike bikes business skills reported within report enabled me to
develop understanding major focused synergy paradigms, examined further major challenges and
also potentially developed functional leverage goals within my academic scenario. The team
working experience made me felt energised , competent and focused further to deliver growth in
my future reports and working assignments onto where ill be implementing my new skills.

evaluating major horizons where scope is also maximised within new horizons. There are major
scale measures such as stronger creative thinking abilities and smarter work presentation with
use of reliable accurate data which shall develop my professional experience further majorly,
encompass my work goals and also potentially make my understanding for larger scenarios
actively pertained majorly onto new goals. I also evaluated that business learning experiences
within functional paradigms are highly important for leaders to be enabled which will enable to
seek smarter working scenario and active scale work potentialities into business further. The
digital word of business within global metrics is vastly changing with new scope functional
parameters and new work scenarios of faster innovative efficacy and wider competent
marketing structure. This holds vast opportunities where i will be able to research better and
work accordingly within wide scenarios and also deliver my strengths with high practical
experiences.
Analysis

working goals are highly important to yield onto faster analytical growth where there are various

Conclusion

It can be concluded from above experienced that I have get to know about skills and
capabilities that are present in me while playing simulation such as I have good research and
communication skills that helps me to effective make project and take steps to operate business
effective. The above reflection have also taught me that I need to improve my decision making
and data analytical skills in order to become one of the successful entrepreneur in future career.
