Globex firm mainly has two major products, which includes Farm equipment and precision farming. The aim of
the report is to discuss the team details, provide an overview of the project and the meetings that are needed to

1. PROJECT OVERVIEW
The aim of the project is to develop and design a mobile based farmer support application (MBFSA) that will
help the farmers in planning the crop farming. Globex has always strived to improve the productivity of the
farmers by reducing the time required and the cost. The Globex firm has 30 years of experience in agricultural
business. The proposed mobile-based application will be interacting with the local government on weather
condition and market demand of a particular crop. This will enable the farmers in planning their crop. This
application designing and development will be entirely managed by Virtucon, who is a long standing client of
Globex. In order to ensure that the proposed application meets its objectives, Virtucon has undertaken a
preliminary study to contact the farmers in each geographical area to understand their preferences. A pilot study
has been conducted with the farmers to gather the information needed to implement a project.

Reflection
The MBFSA project has been a great learning experience for me as it has helped me in understanding the
project requirements in an effective manner. This project and this particular assignment has helped me in
identifying the project objectives and the role and responsibilities of project team members. This assignment has
helped me in understanding the concept of code of ethics and code of professional conduct. I believe that this
project will help me in effective planning and implementation of the proposed application as well.
Conclusion
The report gives an idea of the description and overview of the proposed project. The team charter provides an
idea of the team meeting details, location of the meeting and the communication vehicle. A communication plan
is developed in order to ensure effective communication among the project team members. Effective team
communication is necessary to communicate the issues and project progress with the team. The report further
provides a brief reflection of the experience gathered from working as a team.
Reflection
