Executive Summary
The report is reflected on the case study of Modular Building System. Due to usage of this
system in the construction industry, there are benefits on quality, schedule, cost as well as
time. Safety is also maintained in the construction sector as the construction work is
conducted in door and used modern construction equipment and materials. The safety
management in the construction industry reported that 73% of the modular construction users are
having inclusive safety program. The building modular is that it can remove 80% of construction
activities left from definite site locations- therefore there is proper running of the business with
minimal impacts on the environment. The possible improvements of using the modern system in
the construction sector are faster timeline, consistent of construction quality using standards,
stronger steel frame construction, greener construction and incredible flexibility. The
construction work is eco-friendly as sustainability is maintained in the construction site. By
means of the modular construction work, there is used of software applications for modules
as well as construction components. The system is encompassed with entire solutions in the
construction site with low amount of money and less time in scheduling the work. It makes the
construction cost easier to plan as well as shorter.
