Business is the commercial activity that is being
perform with the aim of making money by providing
goods and services. This is institute which consist a
various departments that are interlinked with each other
and work for the organisation success. Every areas
plays a vital role in the company (Zhang, and
Broadstock, 2020). This report is based on Morrisons
company it is a super market in UK and its headquarter
is in Bardford, west Yorkshire, England.

The chosen organisation that has expanded into
international markets, explain whether the organisational
structures and functions are suitable to facilitate the
expansion?
Morrisons is the fourth largest chain of supermarket
in the great Britain and its headquarter is in
Bradford, west Yorkshire. It was founded in 1899 by
William Morrisons, it was started as an egg and
butter stall in rawson market. The company majorly
concentrate in the North England but after some
time the company expanded business in south zone
too.
