INTRODUCTION Employees are the backbone for any business organisation as they operate the entire business organisation and ensure the smooth running of the business in an appropriate manner. When the employees ensure the effective working so it is vital to retain the staff as they are the assets of the company for their long term growth. This report will analyse the way by which organisation can motivates its staff(Foktas and Jucevičienė, 2021). What is the most effective way to motivate staff? Motivation is the process of influencing the employees or the subordinates of the company in order to attain higher efficiency for the better performance of them. A leader is the one who influence the overall working of the employees in the target market. There are various ways by which an organisation can motivates its staff which are illustrated below: Make your business a pleasant place to be:It is clear that no one wants to stand around the boring space for hours or setting in a dingy. Having aesthetically pleasing, functional and well managed organisation helps the individual or the team for the better working and also increase their productivity to get a better result within an organisation(Lorincová, Štarchoň, Weberova and et. al, 2019).It is simply means that switching out the cold wars, enable the point of sale with one which is flexible, free to use and fast. Be respectful, supportive manager and honest:The main element for the foundation for the motivation of the staff are respect, honesty, clear communication and support from the top level management. But, there are lot which can be initiated by the mentor & the leader of the company. It is clear that when the leader of the company is good person to work then their employees will be more loyal to them as well for the growth of the company. Treat their staff with full respect, support with the new training methods and guidance so that they can grab the new skills from the manager. This helps them in the motivation of the employees by which they can achieve the goal of the company. Provide them bonus or incentive:The employee will get motivated if the organisation will provide them bonus, rewards, extra working hours pay. It is proven that to motivate students or employees is like earning a badge or any kind of rewards for completing a task. For example- Marks and Spencer company provides the bonus for Diwali occasion to their employees as well as give the extra fixed pay on daily basis for the refreshment.

Provide the positive feedback with good offer to motivate them. Initiate an open door policy:Take the suggestions or advice from the employees involve them in the discussion and listen them, will feel connected to the business. There should be an open door policy in the organisation so that the employees can engage with the managers and other people. This plan of action helps the organisation to grow as the employees can give their thoughts to the company and feel motivated for being listened, cam be plenty to aid their esprit de corps. For example- The Operations Director of Market Makers, Henry Braith-waite, reveal “when the whole company comes together and shares the successes of the week and what is going on in the company as a whole” as well as an “open door policy” to the manager's office. Set small weekly goals:No one wants to work under high pressure. Setting smaller goals per week prevents working loads in staff. Rather than achieving everything in a single year, just focus on some small and more beneficial goals and making some new clients every week.The company should take weekly meetings to share the goals with the staff and provide positive feedback to them. Then give rewards to the teams for achieving the weekly goal(Pang and Lu,2018). For example: Amazon set weekly goals as number of sales, how much discount will be given per week, make at least some new users per week, etc. Radiate positivity:Always keep spreading positivity in the staff. Being positive gives them confidence to work. Take weekly meetings and share some positive thoughts. Always keep communicating with the new hirings and tell them that yes yo can do it, be confident and relax. So that they can feel energetic and work with confidence. The company can also organize the seminars or events to motivate the employees.

The organisation should provide the positive feedbacks, rewards, bonus, leave, conduct seminars and events, parties to influence the employee.
