Specifically the evaluation of motivation process can be described as to maintain the connection between the attempt and performance (Hitka and et.al 2021). RESEARCH METHODOLOGY Research type: Research can be defined as a specific procedure which can help the researcher to analyse, identify or select the effective process to complete their task. It will enable the reader to examine the validity and efficiency of the research subject. Research type can be differed as qualitative and quantitative research (Grogan and et.al 2021). Qualitative research is the effective research thatmainlyfocusontheopencommunication, itincludesthedepthinterviews, open conversation with the participants so that the relevant information can be collected to make a proper research. This research type enable the researcher to develop a emotional relation with the participant or to observe their behaviour it can create the deeper understanding between the researcher and participant. It becomes easier for the researcher to observe the information.
Quantitative research as name suggest this type of research collects the statistical data, it mainly emphasizes the numerical analysis, the data is collected through the surveys, questionnaire. For this research study, researcher will conduct the qualitative research as it is beneficial to collect the data in textual form to know more about the motivation process (Berridge, 2018). Research design: Research design is the important framework which describe about the research process which helps the researcher to choose the relevant research design which suits their subject. Research design tools enable as what tools to be used for the detail study. Research design is broadly described in two ways which are exploratory, descriptive and cause or effect. Descriptive research design understood as a theory based in which the researcher is interested in explaining the topic of the research (Torres, 2021). This type of research design is mainly applied on case studies, observations. Exploratory research design is the method which describe as to further expand or explore the research title for the study. It involves the researcher's thoughts and ideas for expanding the information for the study. For this research study researcher will use the exploratory research design as it gives the extra elaboration of the topic also allow to evaluate the unexplored aspect. This research also use qualitative analysis which offers flexibility to the researcher therefore for the detailed study of the topic exploratory research design is beneficial. Research approach: Research approach is the way which describe what method and procedure does researcher will choose to gather the information for the research. It includes the specific process and procedures through which the analyst can use to collect or arrange the data to achieve the final goal. Research approach is decided based on its nature, this approach can be defined by some methods which are inductive and deductive research approach (Srinivas and Babu,2017). Inductive research approach is usually related to the qualitative method this approach initiates with the theories or observations. In which the data is being analysed by creation of new theory. It provides the systematic approach to analyse the qualitative information. Deductive research approach generally associated with the quantitative method, in this approach the result is depended on the existing theory. It is more about creating a hypothesis which focused on the existing theory. It mainly concerns to deduct the expected pattern which is checked against the observations. As per the better suitability of this research topic inductive approach will be use for

completing this research. Also, this approach does not bound with the time so that researcher can prepare the data anytime (Hwang Lin and Shin, 2018). Research philosophy: It is the belief that discuss the process for which data is collected and analysed for producing the desired results. Research philosophy involves the process which are named as interpritivism and positivism. Interpritivism research philosophy believes that individual is the one who shape the societal behaviour. It allows the researcher to interpret the study of research, it is beneficial for the analyst to know the norm of the society to collect the relevant information for the completing the research (Vlacsekova and Mura, 2017). Positivism research philosophy usually associated with the deductive reasoning, in which it enables the researcher to collect the data which is verified. Positivism approach believes that the society is the key player which shapes the behaviour of the individual. This research philosophy uses the quantitative method. For this research study researcher aim to use the interpritivism research philosophy as it gives the main data as what people think about certain topic and why they are thinking like this. In this data is trustworthy and honest so that researcher can develop good research. Data collection: Data collection is the process of collecting data from various sources so that effective outcome canproduce. For theresearchtherearemethodtocollectthedataasfrominterviews, questionnaire, books and journals. Data collection method include the approaches which are primary and secondary. Primary data collection method is defined as collection of data from the personal interviews with the participants, data gathering through the surveys, experiments. This primary method is also suggests as first hand (Idowu, 2017). Secondary data collection is considered as second hand in which the data or information is collected from the other person or from the books and journals. Secondary data collection method is also defined as the data which is already existed. In this research study researcher will use the primary method of data collection as it give the authenticity of the data, and relevant up to date data to the researcher which can be important for the good result of the research. Sampling: Sampling is the process of selecting the group of people to obtain the information. It allows the researcher to select the group of people who can give the certain information which can be useful to develop a good research (Kurdi,Alshurideh and Alnaser,2020). Sampling can be done in
two ways probability and non probability sampling. Probability sampling also termed as random sampling in which researcher will choose the group of people from large audience based on the probability theory. Probability sampling is helpful as there are no biases and offer the equal chance to everyone who are selected for the sampling. This type of sampling provide the easy collection of the data. Non probability sampling define as in which researcher will select the people on the basis of subjective judgement. In this non probability sampling it is impossible for the researcher to know how they are describing the community. For this research study researcher will choose the 50 employee of the Sainsbury company to know about how they are valued in the organization. Data analysis: Data analysis is the systematic process of analysing the data so that it can be used to generate the good result. This involves the logical, statistical aspects to evaluate the data in a manner so that any useful outcome can be produce. Data analysis involves the processes which are thematic and statistical data analysis approach. Thematic data analysis uses the qualitative analysis of data which generally include the study of the data through the data sets. This process is used to analyse the main patterns of the report. It is the organized method of analysing and explaining the data for the research. Statistical data analysis use the quantitative approach for analysing the data, this method used to quantify the information by using some statistical operations. It usually includes the descriptive data. Statistical data analysis gives error in the sampling it will mislead the whole research process, in which researcher will not check the validity and not able to found the mechanism. It only gives the draw patterns of the data (Stoyanova and Iliev, 2017). As for this research Thematic data analysis is suitable as it gives the flexible qualitative data which helps the researcher to achieve their final desired goals. Ethical consideration Ethical consideration is the compulsory for the research. It is mandatory for the researcher to maintain the ethnicity while conducting interviews. It is important for the researcher to maintain the confidentiality of the participant. There should be no leak of personal information of the participant otherwise it will lead the researcher to face the legal action. Researcher need to ensure that participant will not harm by any of their action during the interview phase. It is important to maintain the dignity while conducting the interview. Researcher need to aware about their word selection as what they are conveying to the participant there must be use of
politewordsothatitcan'toffendtheparticipants. Therefore, thesearealltheethical consideration which is need to ensure while conducting surveys or interviews for the research. For this research study researcher will provide a consent form to the 50 employee of the Sainsbury which shows their effective willingness to participate in research interview. This research also provide a list of references which will show that this research is not copied from other source as it will self prepared by the researcher. Limitation to the research: Processing of the data collection process: If researcher does not have a relevant experience so it might be difficult for them to collect a primary data for the research. In such case there is more chance in which research information can suffer. Time bound: If researcher is not able to prepare the research on time it will be loss for them. Due to any reason if the final research is not prepared then it is loss for the researcher. Researcher need to schedule all the activities so that final research can be made at time. Finance issue: It is the important aspect while conducting anything as for the researcher it is important to decide budgeting before proceeding for the research study. This issue occur when researcher is run out of their budget as conducting research include transportation expense all other expense. Lack of finance can affect the implementation of the research. Equipment: For the research some specific tools has been used to design or organize the information for the research, what if due to some circumstances if the tools used for the data analysation does not perform well. It will cause the problem for the researcher to produce the research on time. Method that explain the research is valid and reliable: It is important that research should be valid and reliable for that purpose researcher will need to consider allthefactorcarefullywhilecollectingor analysingthe datafor theresearch. Appropriate methods must have been chosen to complete the report, there should be relevant process for the sampling of people so that it can obtain the reliable information. Researcher can
