Introduction
Motivation is refers to the aspects of imitating, guiding & building goal oriented
behavior that is related to the cognitive, emotional forces that also reflect and influence the
behavior of the individual. It is majorly maintain the overall working by which the company
can achieve their per-defined goals in an well defined manner(McDermott, 2021). When the
individual is working, it means they learn the certain aspects which is leading make their
strong set of skills at the workplace. There are various approaches and reason that why people
work. Motivation is the aspects which is leading to have the direct emphasis on overall
working so that they can feel motivated and influenced. This respective report will analyse
the certain theories of motivation & the aspects that influence the overall working of the
employees in positive and negative manner. Lastly, it will analyses the strategies in order to
comply with the negative experience within the organization.
What does Motivation Mean?

Motivation is defined as the process that involves step taken by the person for their
effective course of actions in the given job area. It is the basically involve the biological,
emotional & social aspects which leads to influence the overall behavior of the individual.
Different theories of motivation is given below:
Maslow hierarchical of need theory is based on the five aspects of the human needs
that is related to the depiction in the hierarchical manner in the given pyramid. Person can be
motivated by having some sort of work in order to influence them fro their better working and
also leads to full fill the better decisions making and these are given below:

 Physiological needs: It is the basic need of the individual in which they are having
certain aspects so that human being includes the air, water, food, clothing etc, when
the needs of the individual can not be satisfied then the individual can not have the
better life.
 safety needs: after meeting the physiological needs, the person wants to have the
experience, predict and control in the human life that can be meet by the society & the
family. This is also leading to have the free mind set by which they can work
properly.
 Love & belonging needs: This is the need that is being arises as the person is having
the various consideration for their personal relationships, contentedness and also leads
to feel the part of the certain groups. There are certain aspects that is leading to have
the various examples and includes trust, friendship etc, which needs to be fulfilled so
tat they can be motivated for the next level.
 Self-esteem need: It is the aspects which is related to the two categories, first is self
esteem for the person ad the other is the achieving the dignity by which they can get
the achievement. Another is related to the recognition and respect of the individual so
that they can get the prestige from the other person and the status of the person. By
fulfilling such task.
 Self-actualization needs: It is the highest level of need hat also involves the actual
realization of the person's capabilities that also leads to have the growth as well as the

experience and also helps in analyzing the better accomplishment in such a way so
that individual can be perfect and have good life & influence.
Two type of motivation that are given below: Intrinsic: It is the aspects which is related to the capabilities of the person as they are
being rewarded which leads to have the motivation of the person by using the
appropriate methods of achieving the goal aspects. It includes the receiving the
appropriate feed-backs.
 Extrinsic:It is the certain aspects which is related to the exhibition of task by that
person can have the outside effect which is leading to receive the rewards, avoiding
punishments etc. which is also leading to helps in certain cases that contains the
rewards.
The various factors which motivate employees to work
 Salary: It is the certain amount of money that is being earned or can be given by the
person who is performing some sort of job and also effectively meeting their needs. In
this aspects, person can do what every they wish to and getting good pay so that they
can rightly gain the incentives that are more likely to work in the right direction so
that they can effectively reach to their desired goal. This also leading to give proper
time in order to solve the certain approaches by which it leads to increase the overall
efficiency of them.
 Promotion: It is related to the aspects in which an individual is being promoted to
the higher level from their current job and also leading to have the better results
within the organization. Employees are being promoted to the higher level of job so
that it will leads to increase their position and become more responsible in their given
tasks and leads to become influenced in the particular organization(Darré, 2021).
 Work Environment: It is related to the factors in which an individual on giving
or providing them effective working area by which they can make the use of their
skills & abilities in an appropriate manner. When the worker is performing in the right
direction so it leads to enhance the overall productivity & profitability of the
company.
The positive factors employees experience as a result of their job
roles

when the employees is having the good experience in the work place that also leads
to gain the good results for the satisfaction of the employees. There are some positive aspects
that impact the experience of the employees and that is explained as follows:
 Skill development & growth opportunities: As every person is working with their
integrated set of skills so that they can rightly work in their given areas in order to
perform well. When any job of the individual is giving job opportunities so this
implied in the positive experience of the workers.
 Modern performance management: when the individual is working in the positive
working environment so that they can rightly maintain the better market position in
the given place so that they can have the better working. This can be analyses by the
continuous evaluation of the person who is working and leads to identify the overall
consideration of the employees.
The negative factors employees experience as a result of their job
roles
There are different aspects that is having major impact on the profitability or the
experience of the employees by which they effectively work in their given job role are
explained as follows: Toxic work environment:It is the aspects that leads to have the negative impact or the
experience for the worker as this also effects the overall working of the organization.
This can be implied when the employees feel dissatisfied form their given job role. Workplace conflicts: It is the certain aspects that is related to the unnecessary
conflicts and having misunderstanding among the employees which can reduce the
overall productivity of the workers.
 Deficiency on overall productivity of an employee:When the candidate is not being
motivated by their seniors for their better working then this leads to have the poor
productivity of their employees in their given job role and they always tends to feel
the negatively at the workplace.
Strategies to cope with negative factors employees experience as a
result of their job roles
There are certain aspects by that an workers can cope up with the negative consideration of
the worker that are given below:

 Opportunity to give opinions & views: certain aspects that leads to have the better
approach and leads to have the effective results & certain options in the particular job
role. This also influence the workers to have job satisfaction & leads to have
efficiency(Bartram, 2020).
 Employee engagement: This is the major consideration that allow the individual to
have frequent, less formal conversations and authentic approaches which is leads to
have the elimination if the conflicts and also motivate the employees who are under
under performing in their given job role.
Mind Map
A mind map includes the writing down of certain theme and thinking of talented and
innovative ideas. The main consideration on key ideas written down and looking for the
connection among them which also helps in better understanding and retain information.
Conclusion
from the above discussion, it is analyses that motivation plays an significant role and
also leads to motivate the individual who is performing well in order to achieve the desired
goal within the organization. There are certain aspects which includes the promotion, salary
and working environment which motivate the individual for their better working.
Furthermore, it leads to create the positive experience by certain growth opportunities and
certain management methods. On other sides, toxic environment and conflicts to have the
negative experience to the employees. In order to overcome the situation, company can use
the strategies that also includes the giving recognition and proper employees engagement.
