Motivation
Motivation is a process under which the
managers of the organisation has uses
different types of tools and techniques to
stay their employees motivates towards the
goals of the organisation. Motivation is one
of the most important aspect of modern day
business because it helps the organisation to
achieve their goals effectively.

Maslow needs hierarchy
It is one of the most important and common
theory which is used by many organisations to
evaluate the needs of their employees so that it can be
fulfilled. This theory was developed by Abraham
Maslow with an aim to under the importance of needs
analyses by the business for the motivation of their
employees. Under this theory Maslow develops
hierarchy of five needs in pyramid. All the needs of
the employees are covered in these five sections.
