In order to conduct an interview, researcher choose 3 employees of Ritz as an interviewee that helps to identify their views
regarding motivational strategy. With the help of interview questions, company also identify the changes which need to be include that
helps to raise the performance.

Participant observation
As per the selected research topic, I was check-in Ritz in order to observe the behaviour of employees and employers towards
their roles and responsibilities. During visit, I identified that staff working in a team and there is a positive working culture because all
the staff members support each other any anytime. Also, some of them were share their experience regarding policy of a company in
which being a scholar I identified that they satisfied with the motivation strategy of Ritz. This in turn reflect that there is a positive
environment where an employee can easily share the values and learn new things. One of them stated that there was a training session

conducted in a premises that helps to enhance skills and learning ability. Thus, it reflected that company focused upon the personal
and professional opportunities which is another way of motivation.
However, I also observed that next day, company has its own reward ceremony in which they felicitate prizes either financial
and non-financial mode. This reflected that Ritz understand the responsibilities towards their employees and that is why, develop
different motivational strategy. Hence, through this method it has been reflected that quoted company build a positive working
environment and employees are motivated enough which helps to improve the performance and enhance productivity level as well.
Apart from this, I also analysed that majority of the employee influence towards a positive working culture and that is why, they all
work positively in order to attain the defined aim of a company.
