In the era of modernization, it is essential for each and every employee to possess
effective employability skills in regard to accomplish organizational goals. There are different
employability skills obtained by individual such as leadership, communication, conflict
management and team working etc. Current report assesses the operations of individual working
in Hilton hotel and carrying out desired functions effectively and efficiently (Baumann and et.
al., 2014). Through preparing SWOT analysis it helps me to identify the set of my
responsibilities required to attain performance objectives. Further, identifying different time
management strategies and work based problems that need to be overcome in order to improve
quality performance within firm.
