INTRODUCTION Employability skills as a crucial part of individual wherein effective skills likecommunication, leadership, coordination helps to attaining goals and objectives of the firm. In thisreport, range of methods and techniques of motivation are used by the manager for improving thequality of employees as well as performance. Under this report, there are various aspects ofemployability skills which will be studied in the context Hilton hotel. The present report covers,responsibility of manager is to identify the work based problems which arises at the work place andfurther they develop various alternative ways for solving the issues. Employee uses timemanagement strategies accordingly they set work and deadlines which helps to attaining the goalsof the firm. . In addition to this, individual plays different role in the team and they share the rolesand responsibility for achieving desire aims. There are various alternative ways for completing taskon time which is used by the team members. TASK 11.1As a service worker of the Hilton hotel, there are various responsibilities which are requiredto be fulfilled at the work place (Jabbour and et.al., 2013). In this way, I am responsible for solvingthe issues of the customers and clients as well as provide them with best services. It assists themanager to easily operate the activities of the firm and maintain the relation with the users. In thisregard, I am required to improve communication skills which will help me to understand theproblems and assist in developing good relation between company and clients. For this, I will attendseminars and conferences which will help me to increase the confidence level towards the services.Being a service worker, I need to identify the requirements of the work place and effectively useavailable resources which can aid to deliver the best amount of input to the manager. Moreover, itwill positively affects the presentation of the company because customers are satisfied his servicesis given by me (Jones, 2013). As per this, organization increases the market share in hospitalityindustry and maintains the overall productivity. Apart from this, my performance objective is toincrease sales turnover like 25% of the company and attain the satisfaction level of the consumer.The objective can be done in 2 weeks In this context, I need to render relevant information amongthe customers and employees which can help me to operate all activities at the work place and attaindesire goals. 1.2In order to attain the objectives and goals, special training has been undertaken so that the3

roles and responsibility can be accomplished effectively. In this way, manager renders the trainingand development program to their individual which helps to enhancing the performance andimprove the knowledge as well skills. It assists workers to deliver the best amount of work andattain the satisfaction level of the customers which helps to increasing the sales turn over the firm.On the other hand, my communication skill is the major strength of me accordingly identify theneeds and wants of the consumer. It assists employees to easily understand the requirements of theconsumer and they accomplish their demand (Kelly, 2012). As per this, in order to owneffectiveness like communication skill which helps to achieving the performance objectives as wellas organization goals. Moreover, as a service worker of the Hilton hotel, I have good leadershipquality which helps to guide the team member in right direction. It aids members to manage thework and takes the effective decision which is required for fulfilling the demand of the clients. Itpositively impacts on image of the firm as they employees accomplish the requirements of thecustomers which generates the satisfaction towards the services. Accordingly, company get thechance for gaining the profit margin and maximizing the sales turnover. Henceforth, all theeffectiveness of me which helps to attaining the performance objectives as well satisfaction level ofthe clients (Kerzner, 2013).1.3There are range methods and techniques for improving my skills which helps to handling theany type of the situation at the work place. In this way, I require to improve the time management,coordination as well as other skills which assist to fulfilling the requirements of the Hilton hotel.The group meetings and open session with the manager which helps to generates the positive vibesand increasing the confidence level. In this way, I will attend the group meetings and sessionwherein manager understands the all aspects of the individual and gives the suggestion forimproving the key areas. It helps the service worker to easily present in front of the customers andgives the best services to their consumer (Mitchell and et.al., 2014). Through the training program, Iwill get the chance for improving my knowledge and skills which are required for accomplishingthe demand of the company and clients. It will further help me in increasing the knowledge and ableto deliver the best result of work. Accordingly, it helps manager easily manage the day to day workand achieving the goals and objective of the firm.
