It gives assistance in managing and operating, coordinating ad cooperating the business in effective as well as efficient manner(Graham, 2020). Furthermore, the report will highlight the positive and negative aspects that individual person face while performing the job role. MAIN BODY What does Motivation Mean? The Maslow’s hierarchy is the theory of the needs which stated that a human is influenced by fulfilling their demand at workplace. The need consists of five element such as psychological, Safety, love and belonging desires, esteem need as well as self-actualization needs.These desires can create internal pressure that encourage individual behavior to work in effective as well as efficient manner. At the workplace it is essential to motivate the person in order to boost the productivity of the organization. Moreover, the motivational theory is bifurcated into two parts which is mentioned as follow: Extrinsic motivation:it is the essential part of the theory which play crucial role in identifying the behaviour and act of the organization’s worker. It drives the external factor which includes rewards, bonus, commission, health as well as financial benefits. The salary is not the only factor which influence the workers to work. In order to acquire the benefits, the members of the organization enhance their skills and knowledge at workplace(Ryan and Deci, 2020). The employees of the organization expect something in return of providing effective as well as efficient manner. Intrinsic motivation:this kind of motivation is considered is the most effective as well as long term method for accomplishing the goals of the organization. It gives assistance in completing the desire of individual weather it relevant to personal as well as professional. The intrinsic motivation is concern with reverence and self-actualization need of the person. Due to this
encouragement the people utilized individuals’ creativity as well as high quality of learning. Performance of the task included in in intrinsic because it provides rewarding to the employees. The various factors which motivate employees to work Salary: it is the essential element for which the individual person works for as it fulfills the financial need of a workers. It provides security as well surety to the working people along with feeling of accomplished. The individual person enhances the living status and skills to work in adequate method(Schunk and DiBenedetto, 2020). The high salary delivers job satisfaction to the person who is serving the organization and helping to achieve the goals of the organization. Promotion:employee’s promotion plays crucial role in motivating the employeesof the organization. It provides career advancement to the workers of the organization. The company deliver high scales of the responsibility to the employees of the firm which give the feeling of being assets of the organization. Furthermore, the employees improve the skills and knowledge as well as creativity in order to lead the people in the organization. In the modern era everyone willing to acquire the promotion and desire to operate the firm individually. It gives feeling of being asset of the organization rather then being liability for the company. Work Environment:the poor environment is the only thing which demotivate the employees of the organization. It improves the well-being of the person who willing to maintain the life in unique manner. In the work environment proper availability of the resources or the equipment encourage the employees to enhance the productivity of the organization(Maslow, 2019). The positive vibes of workplace decrease the stress of the individual as well provide good health to the people. The positive factors employees experience as a result of their job roles The positive experience at the workplace enhances the performance of the individual as well as of the organization. It gives assistance in improving the working condition within the institute. The coordination and cooperation among the people are the essential factor that the workers faced as the result of the job role. When the workers of the organization experience the positive vibes, they boost the productivity of the company which satisfy the consumers and increase the presence of brand in the marketplace. The training and development program is another factor by which the employees feel accomplished and willing to continue their job roles. The negative factors employees experience as a result of their job roles When the employees of the organization face the negative factor, the performance of both the employees as well as organization is decreases. Furthermore, it affects the atmosphere of the organization too and consumer avoid to prefer the services as well as the product of the company. The low salary is the major factor that the people face within the organization because it will not satisfy the need and wants of the workers neither encourage them to work in effective and efficient manner(Warr,2020). When the employees have the less salary, the individual person avoid to serve the company with full energy which decrease the productivity of the company along with the business enterprises loss the brand value in the domestic as well as international marketplace. When the other members of the firm do not support each other, the individual not find cooperation among the people of the organization.
Strategies to cope with negative factors employees experience as a result of their job roles For the better performance at the workplace, it is essential to increase the experience of the employees. The organization need to improve the job role of the employees for the welfare of the company. The individual person needs to have control over their job role. The manager can provide the possibility to the employees to make decision and control the proper function of the organization(Supriyanto, 2018). Along with that the leader need to provide a chance to express the opinion which the company considered as the aera of the improvement. Beside this the leader allow effective and flexible hours to the workers of the organization. In order to boost the employees, the responsible person provide fair treatment to the workers as well as need to provide the trust and respect to the worker. Therefore, by utilizing this plan of action manager of the organization encourage the workers and enhance their performance. CONCLUSION From the above report it will be concluded the the employees of the organization need to be motivated in effective as well as efficient manner to enhance the value of the brand in the marketplace(Ekhsan, et.al 2019). This will give assistance in leading the global as well as international market. The present report highlighted the theory of the motivation and provide an idea how an individual person can motivate the workers of the organization. Furthermore, the report highlighted the plans of action to enhance the job experience of workers in the company.
