It is the largest auto mobile company in terms of revenues, profits and net worth of company. Company is consists of products like vehicles which are manufactured, engines and car electronics. Technologies are used by the company to improvise the products of company. Company is also concentrating on the distribution channels of the product. I want to work in a company I must know how to communicate effectively and improve the work performance which will help me to gain experiences and learn some new thing, If I would not have communication skill I would not learn new things from the employers and as well employees, I would not improve the work performance and I would not have personal and professional life in the company. Family and friends would not communicate effectively with myself and the friends would not like top share anything with me(Kukenberger, Mathieu and Ruddy, 2015). Information and communication technology is important for learning and developing in professional life. It is affecting learning skills of the individual. I want to learn and develop myself than the information and communication is the best ways to communicate effectively in an organization. I can gain knowledge through the technology using computers and laptops. I would also communicate effectively through the telephones, emails, chats and messages. If I would not have this technology I would not be able to do effective communication and nor learn and develop myself as the time(Huda and et.al., 2017) . 6
Time management is important while one is working under pressure and one has to manage work as per time. Due to not managing time one is not able to manage the things effectively and all the work is messed up while working or managing things. If I want to learn and develop myself I have to learn time management skills because I have to work under pressure in case of workload and if I panicked at that time I would not able to complete the targets, I have to set targets according to the time provided to myself. If I am not able to manage time I would not manage the things and the work would be messed up and I would not be able to perform the work(Abdulhak and Wahyudin, 2016. Problem solving is helping an individual to work and solve the problems in the personal as well as professional life. If I am having the problem, and I am able to solve these problems I would work effectively and learn new things and develop myself in my professional life. If I am not able to solve problems I would stick at that problem only and I would not be able to move forward and gain knowledge. In a company an employee is not getting good feedbacks one would not be motivated to work better, feedbacks must be given in a motivating way which is encouraging the employee to work. I would not get good feedbacks I would feel demotivated and it would affect my work performance. If I am working, and I am getting the feedbacks i positive way I would like to work and enjoy new things which would encourage me to work efficiently in an organization. Working with others in the company is helping to learn new things and develop myself. I want to work in the company I would enjoy working with others in the company because it would develop the learning skills and develop myself by gaining knowledge and building myself with the organization. If I am not able to work with others I would not be able to work efficiently and it would affect the work performance and my social life would be affected. Not working with others in the company would not improve my communication skills. Working with others will also help me in the time management and problem solving. Learning and development of the employee of the organization is depended on the communication skills, and time management and problem solving. Employees must be trained for working with other employees and time management as well the problem solving sessions must be provided by the employers of the company. Information and communication technology is providing help to the employees of the company for gaining informatio9n through the laptops and computer soft wares. Communication can also be made effective through emails, messages 7
and chats. Information would be gained through the help of communication, surfing on internet and through research work on related topic.
