recruiting and training employees. Main aim behind managing talent is to enhance workplace
productivity of an organisation in order to ensure more competitiveness in market. Talent

assessment can be the major challenge that can be faced by Sainsbury in promoting talent
management practices. While on the other hand remaining 6 employees said that compensation
can be the major challenge that can affect management practices execution with organisational
premises of Sainsbury. Lastly, remaining 6 respondents said that talent and development is a
major challenge that can be faced by Sainsbury management while implementing talent
management practices in an effective manner.

Present report has been conducted by me on the theme of “talent management”. During
this analysis there are number of feelings in a negative and positive manner that has been
experienced by me. However from both of these I have learnt different aspects that enhance my
knowledge and information about talent management. During starting phase of this research I
engaged in the process of identifying different types of sources through which authenticated data
and information can be allocated as to accomplish research analysis in an appropriate manner.
However in the process of evaluating information I faced difficulties to collect data and
information from wide range of sources, as in this research both primary and secondary sources
of data collection is being considered for that I have to go through from many books, journals
and articles in order to determine accurate information in order to conduct this research with
more effectiveness. Further it has been evaluated by me that I faced some obstacles in term of

them motivation but also facilitate them towards performing their responsibility with more hard
work. Being a leading organisation it is essential for Sainsbury to have talented and skilled
workforce (Anlesinya and Amponsah-Tawiah, 2020). For this it is essential for management to

Present report has been conducted by me on the theme of “talent management”. During
this analysis there are number of feelings in a negative and positive manner that has been

information from different sources through which project outcomes and objectives get
effectively accomplished in an authenticated manner. However according to the analysis it has
been identified by me that all these obstacles has been duly overcome by me during execution of
this research. This research analysis also enhanced my critical thinking approach and the manner
of data collection. Along with this my time management skill also enhanced through which I
have opportunity for future growth and development.
In addition to this research also enhance my communication and time management
efficiency in a well defined and effective manner. During my performance review in it has been
determined by me that I acquire effective knowledge of talent management along with its
importance for an organisation. All these activities that have been conducted by me such as data
interpretation, research analysis and more enhance my ability to conduct future project with more
effectiveness. This project includes number of useful recommendations and aspects through
which Sainsbury can enhance its organisational performance. Along with this experience that has
been acquired by me during this research analysis enhances my future development and growth
