INTRODUCTION
The study is about project management and resolving of issues present in the organisation. The
type of research has been secondary has been specified in the file. The issues coming in project
management have been highlighted and how they were overcome.
Progress of the work
I have completed the project management task. Yes, I have fulfilled the task requirements. The
deadlines have been met by me. There were some changes made in the project management plan.

The issues were of risk factors associated like employees not being motivated due to lack
of training and development sessions. The company was facing cost factors as not being able to

with less emphasis given on aptitude test of employees. Employee retention also was an issue
being faced by the company.
The barriers faced in the research were lack of sufficient resources, lack of research
grants, lack of sufficient time. They were overcome by taking following measures : budgeting
was done for the resource allocation, the research grants were not sufficient so more focus was
given on secondary research from feedback websites of job portals of previous and current
employees, there was time schedule made to carry out research (Ioannidis, 2018).
New ideas
The project direction does not need to be changed as it is going pre-planned, as per schedule and
