INTRODUCTION
Museum and galleries are space which is displaying the art and the form the own
collection. The museum consist of the art museums and historical museums and many more. The
galleries consist of the performance of the art and the music concerts as well. Report consist of
the health and social care responsibilities of the organization. Success aims to accomplish the
aim and the purpose. Success is varying from people to people. Every person has the different
meaning of the success. It includes the case study of the sackler family which is the owner of the
pharma company named Purdue pharma Company is dealing the drug named Oxycontin which is
provided to the patients as painkiller. The medicine has the thin coating of the drug on the
medicine so the people are consuming the tablets time and the people are suffering for the
addiction of the medicine and the death of the patients. These organizations are providing the
drug to the people but by the way of the medicine. It is an illegal act and the company is accused
of the act. So the report is wants to know about the organization is successful but it is not ethical.
It also includes the organization do to protect itself form the unethical behavior. The company is
also providing the donations to the museums and the galleries. The report want to spread the
awareness among the people which would be going to read the report.

Business ethics include the study of policies and practices which are helping the
organizations to work in the efficient manner. The ethic include the rules and polices regarding
the corporate governance and insider trading as well. Through these ethics we would say that the
organization would not successful if it is working unethically. These ethics are helping the
company to work in the efficient manner and provide the services to the customers.
Business ethics at the work place is important. These ethics are important for the
employees of the organization as well as the for the organization (Crane Matten, Glozer, and
Spence, 2019). The behavior of the organization and the environment of the organization is
stating about the business environment and the company culture. Business ethics are described
below:
Integrity – sometime there is great pressure of doing right but the company need to do
maximize the profits. At that time the courage and integrity of the employee is tested. At the time
of the problem only the principles are tested and the company (Trevino and Nelson 2016).
