2SYSTEM DESIGN OF MY HEALTH RECORD Internal Operations and External Operations: The admin, managers, CEO’s are the stakeholders that work internally for the system. These stakeholders maintain all the operations involved with the system (Boulware et al., 2016). The external operations such as providing treatment to the patients, and the service providers those who provides service to the system are done by the doctors and the cloud vendors. Internal Executives and External Executives: The employees, patients are the internal executives of the system who are directly associated with the system. The patients are to get treatment from the system and are to discuss serious issues regarding their heath. The employees are there to help the customers if problem occurs (Ginter, 2018). The external executives are those who helps the system from outside. The external executive such as government, medicine supplier, and investors helps the system by providing money and medicine service to the system. 2. Questionnaire My Health Record has many stakeholders that works for the system. The stakeholders that are involved with the system are government, suppliers, patients, doctors, nurses, admin, managers, and service providers who provide cloud service to the system of the heath care (Ventola, 2014). All the stakeholders can be questioned about the service of My Health Record. Here is a set of ten questions that can be asked to the stakeholders about the health care system. 1.What are the plans and strategies that you have to maintain the system of My Health Record? 2.What are the applications that are used to run the system of the health record? 3.Are the patients effectively can use the system of the health care?

The patients can discuss their issues on the information page and there is an option to upload the prescription for the treatment they have done. If the patient wants to make an appointment for a doctor, they can take an appointment according to their choice. Doctors, employees, and nurses: The doctors, employees and the nurses have to login to the system for accessing the details of the health care system (Wager, Lee & Glaser, 2017). The doctors need to study the cases of the patients that are uploaded by the patients. The doctors can provide treatment to the patients if they want to. The doctors can check the patients; prescribe the patients if the patient wants their treatment from the doctor. Cloud Vendor: The cloud vendor is associated with the system for storing all the details of information in the database. The database is used to store the data of the patient. The database that is to be provided by the cloud vendor is to be a trusted one (White, K. M., Dudley-Brown, S., & Terhaar, 2016). There should be security provided by the cloud vendor so that the information of patients are secured. Administrator: The administrator can maintain the system of My Health Record. The administrator also does the registration process and the validation. The administrator also maintains the information system.
