6 COST BASELINE (4 MARKS)
Cost baseline defines complete require funding regarding the project. It even includes some extra
funds that were initially required. They are created against several activities scheduled and consider
different packages of work from both NAIDOC committee and CQU University. The details
regarding the development of project are gathered and then discussed while helps in estimating the
cost of a project. The table represented below describes the required funds per week where red
coloured part determines extra funding in more requirements case. The red coloured block
determines the reserve management that are necessary for cost baseline.
