into one new branch.
The two old branches
are in Al Ain and Abu
Dhabi.
The new branch where
the entire office will
be shifted is in Al Ain.

Clearing and shutting down of the two

Preparation of the new office in the
chosen building

Literature Review
Stakeholder management is a major issue for
maintaining sustainable development of the
project.
Stakeholders can be assigned to any random
work in project but sustainability of the project is
not ensured unless they are skilled enough to
fulfill specific duties.
It is important to ensure the stakeholders have
clear understanding about their roles and
responsibilities are well defined and the
stakeholders are able to fulfill their duties as
specified.

Literature Review (Contd.)
Following the recommendation of Sánchez (2015),
a balanced scorecard has been used for
developing suitable stakeholder management
plan.
Silvius and Schipper (2014) recommended the use
of project management software and the
development of a project work breakdown
structure in order to develop a suitable schedule.
Martens and Carvalho (2017) recommended the
use of bottom up cost estimation technique for
determining the budget of a project to the best of
accuracy.

Literature Review (Contd.)
During the development of the balanced
scorecard as recommended by the author,
all the team members have equally
contributed to ensure the results obtained
are in line with the results published by
the author of the journal article.
For schedule and budget estimation,
appropriate project management software
has been used with the assistance of all
the team members.
