This is a participant information statement and consent declaration for a study conducted by Coventry University to analyse the role of HR in engaging employees and gaining employee commitment to the company in IBM UK. The survey is entirely voluntary, and the information provided will be kept anonymous in any research outputs/publications. The data will be held securely in Coventry University’s Library database and all data will be deleted by a specified date. The project has been reviewed and approved through the formal Research Ethics procedure at Coventry University.
