TASK 1 People resourcing and development strategies It refers to the process of hiring the right candidate from the market on the basis of the skills, quality, knowledge and capability if the individual person in order to deal with the future training. With the assistance of this strategy the organization deliver right roles and responsibility to the workers of the organization in appropriate manner. In order to deliver the satisfaction to the employees of the organization the Netflix adopted various strategies for the welfare of the company for instance, the organization provide standard paid time off policy to the workers that include 10 holidays, 10 holiday days as well as sick leaves to the workers of the organization (Dizon, 2018). Along with that due to rules and regulation the organization started providing formal time off policy in which the employee is allowed to take the leave as per the requirement of the individual person. With the assistance of this plan of action the organization able to deliver the satisfaction to the employees later on that give assistance in acquiring the higher profit from marketplace. Along with that the human resources management motivate the workers of the company not to obtain the financial befits only but also bring the effectiveness in the company. The human resources department hire the candidate which have good skills and knowledge to operate the functions of the company or perform the job role in effective as well as efficient manner. In context to that the organization do not hired the fresh candidate always acquire the experienced and knowledgeable candidate for the organization (Doan, Tavernier and Dewettinck, 2018.). For the hiring of the employees, the company aim to focus on those candidates who truly puts efforts in increasing the scale of the growth in domestic as well as international marketplace.

The government play major role in the marketing campaigns of the company. due to the political issue the company is not allowed to operate into various countries. Social factor: The Netflix deliver ethical and values to the employees of the organisation. The origination deliver flexibility as well as friendly work environment to the organisation. With the assistance of social culture, the origination promotes the brand on the various platform and spread awareness among the people in effective as well as efficient manner. in the modern era trend of watching movies on smartphones increasing the value of the organisation (Lamkhede and Das, 2019). Technology: in the modern era the in the technology provide positive benefits to the business organisation. due to innovative technology the organisation is able to deliver the high quality of video services to the customer that increase the satisfaction of the individual person. In the technological feature the automatic translating feature attract large numbers of customers from domestic as well as international marketplace. Environment: in order to deliver the healthy environment, the organisation is using its cloud storage energy as new step toward the environment. Threats: the biggest treat for the company is that increasing the prices of the product and services in domestic as well as international marketplace that decrease the demand of the Netflix along with increase in expenses of the company. another threat is the company is facing higher competition in the marketplace where the large numbers of the competitors are continuously delivering best quality content on the internet at low subscription.
