Corporate culture play vital role when it comes to employee engagement, every business
organization want their employee to growth and develop themselves that will somehow
beneficial for the company. Culture of the workplace need to be effective or diverse that bring
different people and their thoughts that help company to grow. Corporate culture allow company
to get rapid success speed because company focus on diversity and implication of diverse culture
in the workplace (Graham and et.al., 2017).
It is very clear that every business organization have their own corporate culture that bring
stability in the workplace. This study is based on Netflix, this company is one of the largest
subscription based production company that fulfil demand of the customer. This report will
discuss data and information and will analyse these data in appropriate manner. At last this report
will interpret and analyse result collected from data and statistic.

Netflix is one of the largest production company and OTT platform in the world. This
company provide subscription based membership to its viewer and allow them to enjoy range of
film and web series. Netflix have wide range of shows, film and other entertaining and time
spending shows, it is very clear that this company have subscription based membership that
allow them to generate billions as revenue each year. In the year 2021, this company generated
over 30 billion dollars. Netflix is enjoying continuous success, this company have been rapidly
growing and fulfilling the demand of the customer (Jenner, 2018).
Every subscriber of this company is satisfied with the service they provide, this company
have been one of the favourite OTT platform of TV shows viewer. Netflix bring continue
improvement in their subscription based model, there are planning to reduce cost of subscription
so that other viewer with low spending capacity can enjoy streaming of TV shows, movies and
theatre. When looking at Netflix subscriber in the UK, it is estimated to be 14 million, with this
rapid growth, this company have been ahead of their competitor including Amazon Prime with
12.3 million and Disney with 4.7 million subscriber in the UK (Lobato, 2018).

country has almost half of viewer. When looking at chart, other countries like the UK and Brazil
also have strong viewership. As Netflix is rapidly growing and reach as many country as

region, The US have 50% of total viewers that means most of Netflix user belong to the US.
