INTRODUCTION
Present report is based on Nokia which is established in 1865, and based in Finland.
Products and services offered by Nokia are networking and telecom infrastructure, mobile
smartphone come with android, Wi-Fi routes, network security solution, smart TV's and lighting.
Also, study discussed overview, and problem identification by supporting data, models, theory
and concept which can be use in report. The problem identified in Nokia is related to marketing
thats iss necessary tos consider also providing strategy for improving the recommendation. Then
research methodologies that help to provide possible solution for in order to drive new support.
Lastly, support with innovation and audit methodology in order to identify potential issues and

Overview: Nokia

services offered by company are networking and telecom infrastructure, mobile smartphone
come with android, Wi-Fi routes, network security solution, smart TV's and lighting. In the year

It has been critically analysed that there are creative method can be used by company
such as Six sigma help to improve the old process in order to provide improvement regarding
digital marketing problem. On the other hand, it has been identified that there are agile process
can be used but it is only work when it comes to manage the strategies. Then designs thinking is
the approach which helps to provide possible solution that can be used in order to use offline
research method and this approach is time-consuming and not much effective, Further, global
innovation management methodologies are helps to solves the problem by considering
incremental disruptive change. In order to apply all methodologies in terms of solution are
related to defining the problem regarding digital marketing that affect Nokia in order to lose the
place in market. Also, it is necessary to use new strategies which is related to take the feedback
from customer so that it will help to improve the strategy for innovation. Innovation for software
is good but it is also necessary to implement the solution by six sigmas so that it can save time
and money both. In context to marketing strategy, it is necessary to work on establishing cross
culture workflow so that it helps to give the knowledge of how competitor can change their
strategy for the development of new software (Fu, Wang and Huang, 2019).
Suitable solution- Six sigma is relevant approach which can be used by company in order
to make innovations and attracts large number of customer. Nokia should also target to providing
pure Android experience that add some popular feature from existing app library and promote it
on digital marketing platforms such as Instagram, website etc. The design of Nokia device can be
created capability of leading with OS ecosystem that can compile reason for smartphone users in
