Introduction
The foremost determination of this report is to highlight the security challenges and
use of social networking platforms such as Facebook and Instagram in major corporate
establishments such as Infosys Australia. The report will also focus on how the complexities
of the IT projects are addressed, the different ways and analysis of the conflict management
procedure (Gilin Oore, Leiter and LeBlanc 2015). All these discussions will be presented
using a personal interview of an employee working in Infosys, Australia. All the activities of
this assignment will be equally distributed among all the team members. Each of the team
members will be very much active throughout the project, starting from the data collection
procedure to the analysis of the data.
Student 1 will be making most of the questions which can be asked to the interviewee,
whereas Student 2 will be getting the dates of the interview and permission from Infosys so
that there are no such complications during the interview. Student 3 will be maintaining the
privacy of the data which will be collected in the forms of primary data collection procedure
from an employee who works in the development team of Infosys, Australia. The
contribution of Student 4 is very much significant as he is regarded as the leader of this team.
Most of the complexities of this assignment is terms of management of the time will be
managed by this student. The financial resource management is also managed by this project
team leader.
The interviewee is a 3year old experienced IT developer, Mr. Steve Smith who has
huge leadership qualities and understand most of the complications of IT organizations.
Smith is one of the most regular and most efficient employees who understand most of the
security challenges which are faced by IT organizations as around the world (Gibbs et al.

2015). It can be said that data collected from him can be very much useful to understand how
the privacy as well as the security challenges of IT establishments can be addressed.
Steve Smith is one of the senior developer of Infosys, Australia. This commercial
establishment provide wide range of services in terms of logistics, automobile, banking
industry, retail industry, food industry, networking industry, and marketing industry. It is one
of the biggest IT establishments all over the world and have their offices in every corner of
the world (Fells and Prowse 2016). This multinational corporation provides a huge range of
service in terms of business consulting, Information Technology and numerous categories of
outsourcing services. Most of the developed as well as the developing countries of the world
such as Australia, China and Japan gets the facilities of this commercial establishment.
There are more than 890 clients of this commercial from 30 countries, the prime
produces offered by this commercial establishment to each of their consumers are NIA (Next
Generation Integrated AI Platform), Skava, Panaya cloud suite, Edge Verge Systems which
are incorporated with most of the global banking platforms such as Finacle. Infosys
Information Platform is one of the most significant service offered by Infosys.
Interview preparation
The role of Student 2 is very much significant to understand and set the date of the
interview after getting confirmation from the higher authorities of the Infosys.
Getting the date of interview is a huge challenge as the Human Resource department
of Infosys is very much stringent and follows the ACS code of ethics in their business
environment.
