best possible outcomes. It is because appropriate selection of approach allows taking better
decisions in terms of study. The approaches of the research being present assist in
implementation of appropriate methodology that reduces the changes of omission in the research.
In addition to this, it can be said that there are two kinds of approaches that are mainly used by
the experts such as inductive and deductive (Khalid, 2009). It is necessary for experts to have
selection of approach according to aim and objectives of study.
Inductive approach is considered as a technique which allows researcher to have

theoretical as well as statistical manner. It means the flow of information collection is from
general to specific.
For the present investigation the experts will focus on deductive approach because it will
allow to gain information in terms of theory as well as statistical form. It means the information
in terms of customer behaviour impact on banking services in the branch of Hong Kong can be
gathered more effectively. Such measure selection is beneficial for effective collection of
specific information about factors that impact the banking service in branches in the Hong Kong.
It will also allow to have better collection and interpretation of gathered information. Moreover,
the specific content about the subject allows to meet objectives of investigation. However, the
selection of inductive approach was not appropriate for the present study because it does not
allow to have approach evolution of statistical content.
Research Design
In the research methodology, research design is one of the most significant method by
which research can able to gather and assess the information about the topic. This tool can help
to scholar in collecting and analysing the information for find out the solution of research issue.
It is the blue print of the entire study by which information can collect and analyse for the
