INTRODUCTION The essay is based on the reflective description about the role of nurses and focused on the registered nurses. It will discuss the role analysis on the basis of trends, history of emergency room nurses role and examine the current issues or problems facing professional at the time of special needs. Furthermore, the documentation will describe the job description and identify the specification of nursing profession. Moreover, it will determine the skill and experience, what a nurse will need to meet specific demand of people. It will be conducting a personal development plan and include smart objectives to achieve desirable goals or objectives. Graduate destination Knowing that I was going to finish my course of master in nursing and majorly specialise in emergency areas. This kind of thing is always inspired me to find the best career option in the emergency medical department. After completing education, I was scary at the moment where I can handle the responsibility for myself, my family (Baghdadi,Farghaly Abd‐EL Aliemand Alsayed,2021). In some cases, I felt afraid because I have no particular experience but I always tried to overcome scary feeling in my mind. Due to my nursing course, I have a learned a lot of thing during my 3rdyears. When specific process is helped me to remind me what I am good at some point. I want to continue gain more professional experience and focus on the emergency department. From this kind realization, I knew exactly what kind of work is suitable for me. Now, I am thrilled to start my new chapter as professional nurse and working in emergency department. This kind of dream comes to fulfil all kind of opportunities. During my graduation, my family and friends are joined me, at that time I am feeling so much motivated. This was great experience to see what I can achieve in future. These was nothing a beautiful memories in my college (Weiand et.al.,2021). After graduation, I am planning to work with medical organisation and fulfil my dream as emergency room nurse professional. I am always understanding that how I can secure my job for while it will help me to find best opportunity what I like, what I want to do long-term success or achievement. 3
Role analysis On the basis of analysis, it has been identified the challenges in nursing professionals which have already existed since starting of field. A major challenge can be happened due to the social disparities and faced by nurses in terms of day staff management (Kingand et.al., 2021). From past years, the significant challenge contribute to evolve in present scenario. Nowadays, nurses have been gained a more respect in the society. This is why because of difficult time, emergency room nurses are performed an important role and provide the best quality of facilities to the individual’s. In 1800, Based on the nursing act it should be focused on the women’s who are taking care of his or her family. The primary vision is to provide better health care facilities. In the context of nursing professions, everyone can gain opportunity and find the best possible solutions. During Crimean war, the main role of government is assigned a specific nurse in the emergency department. Despite the complex challenges or problems related to the nightingale team. Therefore, the entire western people have believed on the value of nursing. In 20thcentury, it has been identified the challenges for nurse when they are moved to the hospital culture or environment. With this approach, it may be identified inconsistent in care quality and everything depended on medical staff members (Morrisand et.al.,2021). As time goes, it will be developing more standards that were put in the specific place or area. Furthermore, the evaluation of modern technology it has been started to improve significant role of nursing profession and also organising the different programs which can easily replace training session of hospitals. In 1970s, Different universities are focused on offering a nursing program and focused on the science & research area. On the other hand, the nursing professional challenges are related to the ethics, age, communities and backgrounds. Challenges are long working hours. In this way, it is difficult to manage physical, social and emotions (Challenges in nursing, 2022).
