Findings of the interview Can you share some practices that have been changed in the previous year that is relied on the recent best evidence? For conducting this interview, I selected 5 unit manager of Eastern Hospitals. This tool is effective in collecting the depth information towards the research matter. This method could assist to the organization for attainment of the organizational task (Cherry & Jacob, 2016). From the data analysis, it is founded that most of the research candidates believed that there are certain issues that were changed in the previous year, which is dependent on current best

Moreover, this hospital has to face the issues of clinical expertise, which is essential for a hospital to make higher competitive advantages. This organization has decided to appoint skilled workforces for the attainment of productivity of hospitals (Ellis, 2018).Most of the research participants believed that a lack of scientific study could be imperative in the organizational task. It is examined that lack of patients’ value was major issues hence hospital could give higher value to their patients for providing effective services to their patients. It could lead to getting higher competitive benefits (White, Dudley-Brown, & Terhaar, 2016). What does your biggest challenge faced by the unit manager in staffing? Most of the unit manager face one issue in the hospitals at the time of the staffing process i.e. selection of suitable candidates in the organization. Sometimes, it is quite hard to select suitable candidates as they affected the overall process. The lack of less knowledge about the organizational vacant position could also create a problem in the staffing process. In the staffing process, it is effective for the firm to gain depth information towards the organizational task (White, Dudley-Brown, & Terhaar, 2016). Which kind of job you most like in your organization? In this organization, most of the candidate like to manage the unit of nursing and inform them towards their allocated work for the attainment of the organization tsk. Some candidate’s believed that they love to lead a team that is possible at the time of working in the unit. It is also founded that some of the research candidates believe that they like to communicate with others and accept them to conduct behaviour in the favour of the organization. These activities could support them to sustain the business for the long term. Why did you choose this job?
NURSING4 Most of the research candidates believed that the main reason for selecting this job is to that as they are interested in encouraging others for completing any particular task. They also like to move into any work towards its purposes and goals by assigning different activities which are a performer by an organizational member (Scully, 2015).It is also stated that the management could occur at the time of designing of all acts into the business acts and these all activities is essential for them hence they selected to this method. What types of nursing job did you ever do? Most of the research candidates believed that the unit manager of the hospital is accountable for the supervision of the existing staff as well as clinical setting. Hence we completed such activities in the organization (Munshi, Florez, Huang, Kalyani, Mupanomunda, Pandya, & Haas, 2016).Apart from this, it is also founded that there are different acts that might be completed by the unit manager of the firm named as the set work schedules, z take the personal decision. It could be effective for the attainment of the organization task. It is also founded that the nursing unit is also the responsibility of the unit manager. Most of the candidates also believed that they might care to all people who are present in the hospital for making the positive image of the organization. The executive could manage could all operational acts of the hospitals and provide a better solution with the specified concern for increasing the productivity of the firm (Gopee & Galloway, 2017).Most of the candidates also believed that the training for the nursing department is compiled by the unit manager. How you describe your organization’s culture? An organizational culture is an effective tool that might be affected by the overall performance of the firm. From the data, it can be founded that the most of the research candidates believed thatorganization's cultureis attitudes, belief, and behaviors that are conducted by the employees and practices on the daily basis in its allocated work. This leadership style is effective for the unit manager of the hospitals as it allows them to complete their activities. This leadership is vital for the attainment of the organizational task in the least time as it enables to the team leader to perform as a task-oriented rather than people-oriented that would be effective in getting the responses in the favor of the organization. This leadership could be most suitable as compared to other leadership styles caused by performing suitable research acts (Fischer, 2016). How digital tool is effective for Staffing in your organization? In the hospital, a digital tool is effective for the staffing process in the company. Moreover, most of the research candidates of this study feel that this tool is effective for directly communicating with participants who will be part of the study to fill the vacant position.
NURSING6 Most of the research candidates believed that this tool facility to save time as well as the cost of business by eliminating the manual process of study. This tool could be effective for the organization to select suitable people in the vacant seat (Daly, Jackson, Mannix, Davidson, & Hutchinson, 2014). Conclusion As per the above discussion, it can be concluded that a nursing manager could play an imperative role in improving the overall performance of the hospital. It can also be summarized that staffing is an essential component for any business suction. It can also be summarized that there are some activities that might be considered by the firm to conduct their acts in the hospitals and make a decision. These are known as leadership, communication, and team-leading. It can alsobe concluded that an organization could use the digital marketing method that enables to the organization for declining their manual process and increase the probability of hospital success.
