• Excellent communication skills are effective
verbal strategy for the nurse.
• The nurse must get to know about Mr. Perkins
• They should get involved in his life to make
him feel good
• They should help him to breakdown any
obstacles (Brewer, Carley, Benham-Hutchins,
Effken & Reminga, 2018).
• Showing personal interest in him will help to
build rapport between the nurse and Mr.
Perkins.
