INTRODUCTION
The assignment will focus on the NMC Code and nursing practice which considered the
professional body that help for determine the both professional and ethical value in the medical
profession, discuss about the multiple thinking that are required for maintaining high quality of
clinical practices.
Furthermore, it will examine the judgment on the basis of legal as well as ethical principle
in the current clinical practices. The legal as well as ethical principles are mainly used by nurse
in providing the safeguarding for vulnerable adults. In order to make important decision related
to the improvement. In this way, it will be avoiding the adverse events and patient harm. The
clinical practices will be considering the ability to provide safe, health care services. However, it
will consider the specific code of conduct to maintain the legal principles while identifying
scope, limitation in term of safeguarding the public.

The NMC Code and nursing practice
The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) is based on the professional body that help for
determine the professional as well as ethical value in the medical profession. Usually, it is
covered the ethical needs and also maintain personal duties of nurses in UK. The registered nurse
in NMC that must adopt code in order to focus on nursing practise (Barton, 2019). NMC is
mainly focused on the need or requirement for nurse which help to proficient in skills,
knowledge and conduct. The ethical patient management can be achieved by meeting all demand
of profession (Rubio-Navarro, Garcia-Capilla and Rutty, 2019). This type of code server as key
guideline for maintaining ethical patient management.
From NMC, (2018) Registered nurses plays important role in providing, coordinating and
leading care which become compassionate, evidence-based. In order to perform the different
actions and must able to work with proper manner. The nurses make an important contribution in
term of health promotion, protection and prevention of illness. The registered nurses give
leadership in term delivery of health care service of all age groups (Cannaby and Owen, 2020). It
is mainly focused on the physical, mental, cognitive as well as behavioural care. Sometimes, it is
difficult for maintaining the overall health care services. Furthermore, it has been considered the
standards of proficiency which applied on the NMS registered Nurses.
