2 Comparing and contrasting the responses of both the interviews Both the interviews conducted with two of the healthcare team members possess various similarities and differences in their opinions regarding professionalism, steward leadership along with professional influence, power, authenticity and advocacy. While comparing the opinions of both clinical psychologists and ER manager, it is observed that both of them have similar views regarding professionalism. They stated that professionalism is the ability to perform with competence, consideration, empathy and integrity. Healthcare possesses a team of professionals whose duty is to communicate and maintain honesty, confidentiality and responsibility (Fisheret al.,2018). They also believe that professionalism is confirming to nursing and ethical standards of care. Both of them reveals that leaders are stewards as they are well aware of how to manage a critical situation and provide quality care to the patients. This helps them to enhance their professional skills and gain the best patient outcome. Similarly, both of them also agrees with the fact that it is significant for a leader to exercise professional authenticity, influence, and power along with advocacy while working with colleagues. All these factors help healthcare team members to manage critical situations, bring positive change and make appropriate decisions to gain better results. In contrast, clinical psychologists believe that professionalism influences his work by assessing, treating and diagnosing the behavioral dysfunctions and psychological issues associated with mental and physical health. Whereas, ER manager states that professionalism influences her work by showing teamwork, respect and striving hard to provide quality care and the capability to make appropriate decisions. Based on the concept of steward leadership, clinical psychologist states that stewardship as well as servant leadership are determined to be a similar concept when executing a leadership role. Whereas, as per the views of the ER manager, every nurse within a healthcare system is a steward even though they do not possess the qualities of servant leadership. According to the view of the clinical psychologists applying the principles of authenticityandadvocacyhelpthehealthcareteammemberstoperformtheirwork systematically. The leaders who exercise authenticity by accepting their mistakes and has the power to influence others to achieve their target (Clayton & Miller, 2017). Whereas, the ER
