INTRODUCTION:
The ethics and values of an individual, a group, an organization or a
community plays major role in guiding them regarding their deeds.
These values include developing health, averting risk of disease and decreasing
or eliminating suffering.
It is also important to focus on the ethical values and religious beliefs of the
individuals in a community receiving care and treatment.
It makes it necessary to provide them learning in order to make them
understand the fact regarding the coordination of care (Chipulu et al., 2018)

LOCAL RELIGIOUS
COMMUNITY:
Hispanics or the Latinos are one of the largest ethnic and racial minority
community in the regions of the United States.
Hispanics community are found to have a strong heritage which includes their
family, culture and religion.
Every local group of these Hispanic community has their own cultural beliefs
and rituals which are different from one another.
They also have their own health care and treatment beliefs which in various
aspects keeps them deprived of better health and lifestyle (Browning et al.,
2016).

NURSING CODE OF
ETHICS:
The code of ethics for nursing was proposed by the American Nurses
Association (ANA).
The Registered Nurse Code of Ethics comprises of different ethical nursing
values, which is found to be most important for any nursing practice to deliver
a better care and treatment.
This code of ethics conducts both integrity and professionalism in their practice
It guides the nursing staffs to provide equal heath care rights and treatment
without discriminating on any aspect (Epstein & Turner, 2015).
