Running head: NURSING Reflection on the concept map The concept map has been designed on the basis of the knowledge of operant learning. The operant learning can be defined as a form of learning in which the rate of the external stimulus of the behaviour is controlled by its consequences (Blackman, 2017). The purpose of this reflection is to analyse as well as evaluate my experience while implementing the theoretical knowledge of operational learning in my learning practice. After collection of secondary data on the operant conditioning learning, I developed the concept map that allowed me to make more specific as well as clear perception on the learning style. As a student, I believe that the concept of the operant conditioning learning is highly practical and can be implemented on the nursing practice. For instance, during my initial days of nursing practice, I used to apply processes that reduce the efficiency of treatment. For this, I have gone through a good number of criticisms and my reputation got hampered as well. Thus those factors served as negative outcomes of my operation. However, through further gathering of knowledge and experience, I initiated to incorporate more effective service that enhanced the result of my care giving. As positive outcome, I gained recognition as well as effective result from the patients as well. Thus, I believe that the operant conditioning plan is highly effective. While making the operant conditioning learning theory, I chiefly considered two facts that are condition and outcome. The term condition was segregated into three major factors lie personal conditioning, social conditioning as well as professional conditioning (Vorster & Born, 2017). I understood that the mentioned learning is feasible for social, personal as well as professional conditioning. When it comes to outcomes, the two major outcomes that I included in the concept map include the negative outcome and the positive outcome. Considering the fact that the positive outcome possesses direct linkage with the professional conditioning like patent handling, peer corporation as well as leadership decision making, I connected the positive outcome with professional conditioning.
1NURSING When it comes to the Hashin Kanri Facilitation Model, the model can be defined as a self development model that includes 5 major factors, namely, the strategic deployment process, the practical based development, the Holistic approach and the mission vision and objectives. The holistic approach includes experienced based knowledge.Facilitation takes place through various aspects, and for this case, the reward is used, but the desire can be activated through other measures like acknowledgment through word of mouth, offering incentives (Akers, 2017). The result after retention in facilitation is positive behavior change. The next crucial model of the concept map includes situational modification. From my personal as well as professional experienced I am aware of the fact that modifying my issues on the basis of the situation helps to develop a better planning in adverse condition. Not only this, effective practical base development also help me to gain a better understanding of my mission, vision and objectives.
