Stroke, heart diseases, diabetes and cancer are some of the most common chronic health conditions. Older people also face mental health issues. Thus, care of older people need not only at right levels of staffing but special and advanced knowledge and skills are required for the care of older people. In Australia, more than 90% of older people are suffering from diabetes and heart diseases.
