ABSTACTThe present report is based on problem of seclusion behaviour of people due to which anurse face issues in mental health care sector to analyse actual symptoms properly. It isnecessary for them to make summary for present shown signs of patients to ensure about specificmental disorder to provide an appropriate medication for their welfare. Moreover, seclusionbehaviour of an individual create incomplete medical information which generate confusion andit will facilitate delaying in medication which may leads to critical condition of them.Additionally, nurses are required become more efficient to deal with different types of patientshaving unique nature and complete their tasks in proper manner along with generating betteroutcomes (Fortinash and Worret, 2014). However, it involves their quality of working in flexibleenvironments by maintaining their skills much efficient make people healthy and fit. Grumpynurses are required to remain calm and respond patiently with people so that they will trust onthem to share any minor issue easily. The nurses have certain roles to fulfil them in more effective as well as efficient way byproviding desired care facilities to mental patients for their welfare. The main purpose of thisassignment is to analyse ways of dealing with seclusion behaviour of patient by reducing thesame and provide proper treatment to make them well being. It involves the criteria to remain inconfidence of patient, gain trust, fulfill their needs, provide proper meal or tea to make themcomfortable so that they will feel easy to share problems properly. INTRODUCTIONThe issue of secluded behaviour refers to non- interacting nature of patients which createproblem for nurse in order to analyse actual symptoms of desired problem in mental health. Itinclude non- cooperative response of patients, not sharing anything properly, remain afraid, maybecome violent and so on. Moreover, nurses have several roles towards patients and seclusionresponse create problem to provide an appropriate medication to them (Gilbert, 2014). It includeseveral ways to deal with secluded patients in mental health to make them comfortable andfulfilling their needs properly. The recommendations for improving practices in order to rendertreatment to psychologically sick person by reducing their secluded nature. 1
