Introduction
Business ethics can be defined as the study of different business practices and policies in
relation with debateable matters for a company like insider trading, corporate governance,
discrimination, bribery, fiduciary responsibilities and the most important one is corporate social
responsibility. Present report will be focusing on different articles in relation with business ethics
where different information is going to be indulge which will lead the to improve knowledge and
experience level in much effective and in efficient manner.

Findings: Based on the information given in the article, it has been found that corporate
social responsibility has given ample number of benefits (external and internal) to organisations.
Some of the benefits like investing in socially responsible actions helped companies to improve
existing capabilities and also it leads to the different range of resources as well, which are linking
with corporate culture. On the other side, it is also observed that if an organisation is holding a
good amount of social responsibilities and also carrying a strong goodwill, it may help firm in
building relation with external performers and players. They may also attract better employees or
increase current employees’ motivation, morale, commitment and loyalty to the firm. This article
contributes to the understanding of why CSR may be seen as having strategic value for firms and
how RBP can be used in such endeavour (Corporate Social Responsibility and Resource-Based
Perspectives, 2006).

an important corporate governance control mechanism and effectively undertake gender
composition for the overall board that can impact the quality of monitoring and its role regarding
the financial performance of company. It is the suitable part of business case for which the
