Task 1
a. Stakeholders of On the Spot can be diversified in 2 parts. Internal Stakeholders of One Spot
Courier services includes Bill himself and the other person whom he had hired for completion of
the delivery processes. The external stakeholders are the clients for whom the delivery process
had started. This included business organizations who needs completion of local delivery in a
single day.
Customers must be heavily involved in the system definition process of the On-Spot
Courier Services. The main reason of high involvement of the customer service includes better
understanding of the clients and customers in order to perform better management processes as
per their requirements.
As the business grows chances of increasing in both internal and external stakeholders
are present. In case of the internal stakeholders increase in number of delivery boys as well as
personnel who will be taking care of the coordination of the warehouse entity.
b. The specifications that I will taken into consideration before developing a system includes the
number of customers that are available and the number of delivery boys that are serving the
business organization. This system will also include proper communication process integrated in
the system as the processing of the management system will include management of the data tata
will be generated by the client base.
The questions that will be asked by me are as follows: -
 How many total clients are presently associated with the One Spot Courier Services?
 How many delivery persons are currently working with the One Spot Courier Services?

 What are the areas that will be covered under the delivery range of One Spot Courier
Services?
 Details of Customer accounts?
c. Technology of Enterprise resource planning can be used as the software that will be used for
dealing with the details of the different mode of prospects, the products that are to be delivered a
d the mode of communication that is to be used for commencing of the delivery process
(Harwood 2017).
Usage of vehicles such as truck can be used as a communication mode in order to provide
proper delivery of the products locally. In case of taking into consideration the digital mode,
usage of mail and website chat system can be used for the communication process. With the help
of the website that will be official in nature the main advantage that will be gained includes real
time chat process that will help to communicate with the client directly and keep him updated
regarding the delivery of the product (Sun, Ni and Lam 2015). Usage of trucks will be beneficial
in the communication process. This intends the fact that proper bulk of products can be
transacted from one location to another.
Hardware requirements for the system that is to be developed includes a minimum of
Xenon CPU type. The CPU that will be used bust be 2 Quad Core. A minimum of 2.8 ghz clock
speed of the CPU is required for better completion of the regular data handling. 16 GB ram is
preferable for better functioning of the entire system. 64-bit processor will also be required for
completion of the task. Usage of 128 GB SSD will be beneficial in the process. Ethernet
10/100 /1000 must be used as the memory card (Ali and Miller 2017).

These are the basic hardware requirement that are required for the processing of the
system that will be used by On the Spot courier system.
I would recommend Bill to use a proper ERP system for maintaining data that will be
provided by the customers in order to properly maintain the records.
d. The functional requirements for the system that are required includes proper integration with
the database that will be storing the data of the clients as well as the data that will help in
delivering of the goods. This functional requirement also includes usage of Internet system for
better management of the project. Usage of GPS system must be included for better
understanding of the delivery location.
Task 2
a. From the fact-finding summary the requirement checklist that can be developed includes: -
 Calculation of the number of members. For example, is the number of members exceeds
the allotted database number data loss can take place
 Entry of cash sales are made. For example: If the cash sales that are made are not
properly entered in the system the main issue that will be present includes improper
handling of data.
 Receivable summary is provided to the entire management base. For example, if the data
are not shared with the managerial boards, proper managerial decisions will not be taken.
 Security of the basic information must be provided. For example, if the data that are
stored in the database are not secured in a proper manner, data breaching inn financial
department can be seen.

 Sending of reports to the headquarters are also performed. For example, if proper reports
are not sent to the headquarters, proper decision making cannot be made
