1ONE METRIC THAT MATTERS FOR INNOVATION
In today’s world, where the entire medium to large-scale organizations are dealing in
diverse lines of products, it becomes important to follow OMTM metrics for continuous
innovation and growth (Båth and Köhler 2017). One metrics that matters means selecting that
one unique product or services of the product line that makes the company different from
others. However, this does not mean that the organizations will continuously deal only with
the one product or service; it means that out of all the products of the company it will give
importance to only one main products or services. OMTM helps the organization to meet the
exact needs of the customers and create a perfect fit for the target market (Göthensten and
Hellström 2017).
If I was the CEO of an automobile insurance IT department, my OMTM will be to
have a robust network solutions for the customers with high-level protection of the
employees confidential information. These days with growing digitalization and companies
moving to online systems, the network of the company needs to be such that it can deal with
voluminous data and such a privacy maintenance system is needed that can provide proper
security to the employees data. We will be focusing on providing such a modern networking
system to our clients that they can be adopted to 4G internet services along with a bandwidth,
can deal with all the data properly along with a privacy maintenance system within the
organization. This will ensure that all the clients can feel connected, the employees can feel
protected to any unauthorized access to their information with efficient maintenance
techniques, repairing techniques and many other benefits. We can provide IT equipment’s
that are needed for renovation of networks and protection of data of that organization.
Before launching our IT equipment in the market we have to carry out testing technique to
find out if those products will actually work in real life scenario. IT department focuses on
