Strategy: The project of Online Stud Farm Management System
(OSFMS) makes sure that different breeding services are
presented. All the implemented business approaches are
implemented to modify both the accuracy as well as efficiencies
of already existing manual system.

Customer: This online system has the client base from New South
Wales also rural areas of stud farms in Australia. For the better
development of this particular system, it has a strong relationship
with the Globex organization.

Financial: This particular system mainly consists of different
financial calculation of trial balance, ledger and also created a
marketing database which helps to integrate different processes
without any duplicity of entered data.

Operational: it has proper maintenance facility to do all related
operational activities of this particular proposed system. Hence,
the system will operate in successful manner.

Social: it have better social support in breeding farm which helps
to reduce all types of administrative errors.

Scope Management Plan
The concerned manager will create a proper scope management plan to employ extra resources for
this particular project like finance manager, operation manager, team leader so that the project gets
completed without any types of constraint. Before the implementation of whole project, a prototype

is created to be tested and executed maintaining all customer requirements and demands. It also

This particular article mainly focussed on implemented project management technique for
information system. It is also based on different software application to track and record the project
work. Braglia and Frosolini (2014) in this particular article discussed that the project study is fully
based on proper framework, scheduling and the communication plan with different management
teams. It also identified that the project management goals was to boost the efficiency of system
with the proper project cycle development and tracking of all project management activities. It also
highlights about the different information systems available in market for the better evaluation
depending on project objectives and scope.

In this paper, it mainly discussed about the information system that maintained better project

development stage. Furthermore, this particular article also focuses on the three dimensions
development like: project life cycle phase, risk management phase and dealing of risks with maturity
phase.

Hornstein (2015) in this article mainly discussed about the analysis of different project management
stages by providing training to all related project manager so that the proposed system get
implemented. However, the project manager mainly focuses on different work of planning,
scheduling, monitoring, controlling as well as tracking of whole project so that it get completed on
pre-determined time frame. Apart from that, in this article it also discusses about the modifications
needed in organizational activities with the help of the implementation of proper information
system .
