Since Virtucon is the oldest association of Globex thus Globex handed over or simply gave the project to Virtucon. The managers and the farmers of the farms to solve many problems that they are facing now while managing the statistics foundation using the register of the hardcopy, spreadsheet etc. This IT will be helpful in tracking the necessary information about the horses. 3.PROJECT DESCRIPTION & OBJECTIVES – Individual work The main aim for the development of the IT system is to give support to the New South Wales and the other Australian farms and will help them to handle the booking of the horses online and will allow them to easily track the details about the horses. Since this system of the stud farm will enable online booking, the breeders of the farm will be able to book their farm site and the workers for managing the system. The new concept has been found out by the Globex Corporation and Globex handed over the project to its old consultant Virtucon. Some of the functions of this system IT system are stated below: (1) Supporting stud’s functions and activities which are related to breeding (2) Supporting all the functions which are related to booking in the stud farm along with breeding (3) Supporting all the activities and access from any software or hardware system like the Internet of Things Advantages of developing the system are: (1) The horses can be easily booked by the interested customers and they will get all the I formation about the horse they will choose if they want (2) The system requires developing a unique identification code and storing all the information on the web with the code for the newborn horses in the farm (3) The system should supply the data to the buyer of the horse containing information about the horse and the treatments done to them (4) Generation of online payment receipts and the system should also help in the filling of the BAS and the GST

b.Team Rules & Expectations Individual Work Experience in team working: For delivering a superior quality product, many workers are required to be engaged in the work so that they can share their information among themselves and can hand over the project within the time(Seetharan, 2015). The last project of mine was not delivered on time due to the gap in the communication among the workers and the whole team was discouraged due to this situation. Team’s objective: Well-mannered and effective communication among the team members and the fewer chances of the arrival of any conflict among the members of the project. Leanings from my experience: The team members or the team workers are required to have knowledge about the project to be done and should have a good communication skill. For the management of the team in a better way, the role of the leader will be played by the project manager. Team Work oTeam values: should work with a positive attitude and should always keep on encouraging the other members and should sustain a healthy relationship with the other workers of the team(Crowe Associates Ltd., 2018). They should never try to prove themselves as superior and the others inferior oCode of ethics: the behavior of the workers of the team should remain proper in the place of work. Always put honesty first and the value of the product than the self-ego (Product Engineering Processes, 2009).They should not try to hide any information or any document from the other worker. They should focus on their work to make a high- quality project which will raise the name of their organization oRules and expectations: all the workers should attend the meetings. They should come with the entire document they have and should share their thoughts and ideas in the meeting. Before leaving the conference hall, they are ought to sign in the MoM. ___Vidhi Patel___________________________ ______________________________________ __Ramandeep Kaur_______________________ SignatureDate

Part Four: Reflection – Individual Work When I was making the solution for the task for directing the members of my team to maintain the quality and time of the project and while managing all the meetings, each team members helped me and gave me a homely feeling. I understood that for the development of a good project, the communication skills are needed to be very powerful as if any lacunas are left behind while communicating and sharing any incorrect information then the whole project may get adversely affected. The workers who cannot do their work up to the mark should not be discouraged the other workers who are working properly should be encouraged for their work. I feel, that the project manager who lacks the communication and leadership skill and leadership skills are the brains responsible for the failure of any project(Aston, 2017). As we should deal with the experienced people in the IT sector, the project manager, who will be playing the leadership role in the project should be highly experienced and should be able to make quick decisions. The project manager should also encourage others for their excellent job and if anyone does not work properly, the project manager should not blame the person. According to me in the ICT project, a project manager needs to contain all these qualities and if there is a lack of any of these qualities in the project manager, the project may get failed. In the field of ICT project management, the project manager did to handle many human resources who are highly skilled in their knowledge and experience, so managing themproperly is the key issues ribbons for decides the success factor of a project. Therefore, the project manager of any ICT project management group should possess very strong leadership skills for making the project successful(Landau, 2017). Part Five: References Arora, S.
