INTRODUCTION

this report is Hotpoint which is an American and European brand of domestic appliances. They
are manufacturing various items like Washing machine, refrigerators, dishwashers etc. This
report will discuss about various operation management principles which can be applied in the
organisation. Also, the application of product life cycle for producing necessary products and
critical review of effectiveness of PLC by using suitable theories and concepts is included in this
project.
