Operation management is concerned with the converting of semi finished goods into the
finished goods. This is the essential part of the management which works as to focusing over
delivering high quality of goods and services to the customers. The present assignment is based
on the outline of Leyland Trucks (A Paccar Company), it is based on manufacturing the products
like and high engine equipment. This firm is working as bringing continuous improvement in its
operational working so that firm is able to run its activities in smooth and effective manner.
Moreover, this assignment is relates to various activities like management principles of operation
management, process of continuous improvements etc. In addition to this, the DAF strategy with
Leyland is based on the two factors are like continuous improvement and increment in
