ORDER-WINNERS AND ORDER- QUALIFIERS Order winners and the key aspects of the speed, reliability and performance. These are considered to be the factors that the customers consider over the selection of a specific firm. In order to qualify for the competitors advantages the business needs to make sure that it is legitimately expressing the following the qualifiers. A firm selects specific firm’s goods and services as the competitive advantages as it is able to delivery both the quality, speed and reliability that its products promise.
