The report is prepared in regards with the company HUAWEI and its operations and supply
chain will be stated in this report. The main aim of the report is to describe about the supply
chain and operations so that the company can run effectively. In this report both services and
manufacturing industry will be involved. In this report the explanation about the logistics,
operations planning, order fulfillment, demand forecasting, retailing, etc. Supply chain
management is the process through which the raw materials are converted into the final products
so that the flow of the goods and services can be maintained. In this report the mission; purpose
and the strategy of the company will be stated. The services provided by the company will also
be described in this report (Monczka, et al., 2015). The report will also put the major focus on
the increase in the operations and they supply chain management and its impact on the global
economy.

consumer electronics, telecommunication equipment, and smartphones and networking
equipment’s. The company was founded in the year 1987 by the Ren Zhengfei. The headquarters
of the company was in the Shenzhen, China. The company provides services world widely and
they are the manufacturing communication devices for the consumer market.

Purpose: The main purpose of this company is to help carrier solve problems. The main purpose
of the company is to cover more with less. The company has to increase their revenue and the
