This study explores the implementation of operations management principles within Jaguar, a leading car manufacturer, and Marriott Hotel, a renowned hospitality chain. It examines the application of Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma methodology, and Lean principles in Jaguar's production process. The study also analyzes the effectiveness of the Project Life Cycle (PLC) in the context of Marriott Hotel's new aerobic center project. By applying appropriate theories, concepts, and models, the study critically analyzes the effectiveness of these management approaches in both large and small-scale projects.
