essential for planning or guiding how to execute complete project in more effective and efficient
way. The chosen college in this report is Abbey DLD College. It is famous for English, A-level,
and Foundation courses established in 1931 in parts of UK. The report aims towards in
developing marketing campaign for HND business programme for college. It also combines of
PLC of marketing campaign of HND business. The report included effectiveness of PLC with
suitable model.

college goal as well as marketing goal so that project will gets its appropriate guidance
